• Business of the Year: For businesses of any size that have demonstrated outstanding performance, growth, and a meaningful contribution to central London's economy and community over the past 12 months. Judges will be looking for evidence of commercial achievement, strong leadership, and positive impact beyond the bottom line. 
• Small Business of the Year: For independent businesses with fewer than 50 employees and a turnover of under £10 million. Judges will be looking for businesses punching above their weight - demonstrating resilience, creativity, and a genuine contribution to the central London community, regardless of size. 
• Hospitality & Tourism Business of the Year: For restaurants, hotels, bars, venues, and tourism operators that have delivered an exceptional experience for visitors and workers in central London. Judges will be looking for quality of offer, customer experience, and contribution to making central London a destination worth visiting. 
• Property Business of the Year: For developers, agents, landlords, and property managers who have made a demonstrable contribution to central London's built environment. Judges will be looking for projects or initiatives that have improved spaces, supported communities, and driven sustainable growth in the capital. 
• Media & Comms Business of the Year: For agencies, publishers, broadcasters, and communications businesses that have delivered standout work in or for central London over the past 12 months. Judges will be looking for creativity, impact, and the ability to shape conversations that matter. 
• Law Firm of the Year: For law firms operating in central London that have demonstrated excellence in client service, innovation in legal practice, and a positive contribution to the wider business community. Pro bono work and community commitment will be considered alongside commercial performance. 
• Finance Business of the Year: For financial services firms - from investment houses to fintech startups - that have demonstrated innovation, client impact, and a meaningful contribution to central London's position as a global financial centre. 
• Tech Firm of the Year: For technology businesses based in or operating across central London that have delivered a product, service, or initiative with genuine impact. Judges will be looking for innovation, growth, and the ability to solve real problems for real people. 
• Social Impact Award: For businesses or organisations that have delivered a specific campaign, project, or initiative with measurable social impact in central London. This award recognises a defined moment of meaningful change — a programme that improved lives, addressed inequality, or strengthened communities in a tangible way. 
• Community Champion: For businesses or organisations that have consistently gone above and beyond for the communities around them over an extended period. Unlike the Social Impact Award, this is not about a single campaign — it is about a sustained, embedded commitment to the people and places of central London. 
• Innovative Business of the Year: For businesses that have brought something genuinely new to central London — a product, service, process, or way of working that has changed how things are done. Judges will be looking for originality, execution, and real-world impact rather than innovation for its own sake.

• Entrepreneur of the Year: For founders and business builders who have created something of genuine value in central London. Judges will be looking for vision, tenacity, and the ability to build something that did not exist before - at any stage of the entrepreneurial journey. 
• Personality of the Year: For individuals who have made a significant impact on central London's business, civic, or cultural life through their influence, advocacy, or public presence. This award is open to anyone connected to central London. Judges will be looking for individuals who have used their platform to make the capital better. 
• Rising Star of the Year: For individuals aged 35 and under who are already making their mark on central London. Judges will be looking for early evidence of outstanding achievement, leadership potential, and a clear commitment to the capital's future. 
• Lifetime Achievement: Awarded at the judges' discretion to an individual whose body of work has made an outstanding and enduring contribution to central London over many years. This is the most prestigious individual award and will be given to someone whose impact on the capital is beyond question.
