Join Central London Alliance on 23 September for a unique morning designed to leave you feeling refreshed, energised and inspired.


Before you step onto the mat, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in Central London Alliance’s World Record attempt for the most people participating in a CPR relay, with a target of bringing 4,000 people together.


As part of your yoga registration, you’ll receive free registration for the World Record attempt, where you’ll learn vital CPR skills and help make this lifesaving challenge possible.


Then, it’s time to slow down, stretch and reset with Sunrise Rooftop Yoga. Designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis, the session is the perfect way to reconnect with your body, calm your mind and start your day feeling refreshed.


Practise against the breathtaking backdrop of Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and the River Thames, as the city begins to wake around you.

On Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 September, Central London Alliance is attempting to set a new world record for the largest CPR relay ever attempted. Every participant must be CPR-trained - so even if we fall short of the record, thousands of people will walk away with a skill that could save a life. This is Central London Alliance's mission: to make CPR knowledge as common as knowing your own phone number, and to bring workers, organisations and communities across Central London together around something that genuinely matters.
